S-Glow Ke currently offers:

- Doorstep delivery within Nairobi and across Kenya
- Courier delivery to supported Pickup Mtaani locations
Nairobi CBD Collection
Customers may collect their orders free of charge from our Nairobi CBD collection point:

5th Floor, Wing A, Shop 23

There is no delivery or collection fee for orders collected from this location.
Please wait for confirmation from S-Glow Ke that your order is ready before visiting the collection point.
Where possible, have your order number or confirmation message available when collecting your order.
Doorstep Delivery
For customers who prefer delivery directly to their home, office, or another specified address, doorstep delivery is available at an additional charge.
Doorstep delivery fees are calculated according to the applicable Pickup Mtaani delivery rate for your location.
The delivery fee will be communicated or calculated during checkout before your order is completed.
Delivery Across Kenya
We deliver across Kenya through Pickup Mtaani and other approved delivery arrangements where applicable.
Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and the delivery option selected.

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, location, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will notify you where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
Delivery Fees
Nairobi CBD collection at Stanbank House is free.
Doorstep and courier delivery fees are charged according to the applicable Pickup Mtaani rate for the customer’s destination.
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown or communicated before the order is finalised.
From time to time, S-Glow Ke may also offer free-delivery promotions. Where applicable, the terms of the promotion will be clearly displayed.
Order Processing
Orders are ordinarily processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a confirmation message.
What to Expect for CBD Collection
Once your order is ready:
- S-Glow Ke will send you a collection confirmation
- Visit Stanbank House, 5th Floor, Wing A, Shop 23
- Have your order number or confirmation message available
- Confirm that you have received the correct order before leaving the collection point
Please do not visit the collection point before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
What to Expect for Doorstep Delivery
Please ensure that:
- Your delivery address and phone number are correct
- Your phone is accessible on the expected delivery day
- You are available to receive the order or have authorised someone to receive it on your behalf
The courier or rider may call or message you before delivery.
Where tracking information is available, it will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect the outer packaging when receiving or collecting your order.
If the package appears visibly damaged, leaking, opened, or tampered with, please contact S-Glow Ke as soon as possible.
Any claim relating to an incorrect, damaged, leaking, defective, or expired product should be reported in accordance with our Returns and Replacement Policy, including the applicable 24-hour reporting period.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
We will assist in following up with the relevant delivery partner and provide an update where available.
